Xbox x , chimera wetlands infinite load screen

This map rendered without path to chimera and second boss (i have scrns) so i re logged the character which resulted infinite loading of character (attempts to reset game and console dont help). i dont have second pad or friend with pad to try split screen to load character in other location - is there another way to recover character? i spend over 30 hours on game reaching 61 lvl , 2 or 3 hours to finish all act and starting maps and i dont have strength to start new character. character name - aryiaspear

the problem has been solved (it is possible that during the loading of the character the crush server or support helped me). I also add a link to a screenshot of what the render looked like without the path to the boss.
