INFINITE LOADING SCREEN

Tried to login like 15 times and it will never get past the in game loading screen im trying to load into the Mansion part of the campaign ACT 3 (cruel) not sure if that matters?

Basically i can load the game, select my character, then when it goes to load me into the Map area (once i have selected the character) it never loads past that part.

I wont go to town or my hideout or anything because its stuck on a loading screen. ive tried everything, closing the game down, sitting for 5 min waiting to load, trying to load in with last seasons character everything i could think of and it not getting past the loading screen (PS5). ive reset my internet, and nothing works

The same for me, happened more often after today patch.

Out of 4 area changes it happened 3 times, infinite load screen - even after restart and once my PS5 just freeze and needed to restart the whole console entirely - it was so bad, no response and black screen after a few minutes.

It happened ACT3 if that matters
