"Bannerman" didnt work on allies

Allocated point "Bannerman" works only on the one who puts the banner, but does not work on allies with the allocated point

That's not a bug, it specifically says you the player will have the buff not allies.
|

"There's a similar node in PoE1 which had the same issue. In the June's expasion its wording was changed to "Your Banner Buffs Linger on you for 3 seconds after you leave the Area"

Passive Skill Tree Changes
