Slow Motion

Ive had a weird thing happen a few times where my character is slowed down without having anything on me as if the map has temp chains (all my actions are slow - dodge roll, casting spells) and when i port to hideout and come back in the map its ok

Exact same thing is happening to me and I have no idea what causes it, it's hard to recreate. It happens at seemingly random times.

Can confirm... had the same thing happened more than twice, last time like 15 minutes ago versus a boss, was slowed all the time without any kind of debuff or chill effect on the ground and still slowed after the kill untill returned to hideout.

This is still a thing. No clue how to reproduce it but sometimes my character is stuck in slow motion until I change zones.
