Customer support response delays again?

I've been trying to scour the forums looking to see if there is a reported delay as I have been waiting almost a week for a response. Just wondering and if that's the case if we can get some sort of official post? just hope i dont have to wait another 7 days

I've been waiting for 4 months. i sent email they responded asking for more info. and then radio silece. that was Dec 16th

they took 3 months to reply to an inquiry about my supporter pack stuff that never got shipped.
