Master of Hexes node duration bug

So I'm playing lich and I wanted to try out hexblast, so I wanted to reduce curse duration as much as I can to be able to cast hexblast frequently. Unfortunately, choosing Master of Hexes has no effect on the duration even though it says it reduces it by 25%. It does have an effect on the magnitude of the curse though. Tested on both Despair and Enfeeble.

Can confirm this is happening to me as well, fairly critical for making hexblast work well.
