Tactician: Command - Death from Above = Broken/Buggy/Busted

If you use Command: Death From Above on different levels of elevation, or with complex line of sight... the flare/marker will appear on the ground, but the skill itself will never go off. Additionally the skill will go on perma cooldown, and you will need to port out and back to reset it.

Perfect place to test/prove this issue is The Spires of Deshar, where there is tons of elevation change and line of sight due to the stairs/pillars etc..

This makes the skill horribly unreliable, and thus horribly unuseful.

Have the same issue, as it is right now the skull is kinda useless as its seems to turn off in most boss fight, and constantly haven to re-log is annoying as hell.. Sad coz I like the skill.

Same issue, have to leave map and re-enter to make it go on cooldown.

Same issue. Now with portals randomly disappearing, the nominal fix to leave and ree-nter is an extra risk.

been playing and using Death from Above for the past 24hrs and success rate is 50% , the other 50% of the use time, it's broken.
Rough estimate 200x of skill use so far.

Been testing in-game and checking internet for known causes/information but to no avail.

Does Minion Command-Death from Above - has a HP?
It disappears when monster attack directly, via AoE indirectly or walk over it.
Does this skill - has a timer (absent in details nor UI visual) before it activates?

Bug still remains, after 4 uses or so skill gose gray and cant be used, fixes it self with weapon swap but then i go back to a 10 sec cd.
Tooltip is also buggy, sometimes it dont take gems in to account until u remove and reset them
