Fehlermeldung ID: #1042271498 - Cant enter Kopec Temple - - 1.201.054.631

Cant enter Kopec Tempel.
Yesterday evening i played with another person. This person had lags.
He killed the boss before Kopec Tempel. (I died several times)
I got the green item and activated the door.
Because of his lags he arived city later than me.
So i waited to enter.
When he arrived city the door disapeared but my quest as seen in the screenshot is further.
But as seen in the screenshot the door even activated is not possible to walk thru.
The effect at the door disapeared in the moment the second player in group ported to city.
Because i waited for the second player in group and didnt enter - i have no waypoint to maybe reset an instance.

So Act 3 in my case cant be finished.

/resetatlas didnt helped either

My PC stats:

Windows 11 (All Updates 24H2)
Drivers (all Drivers up to date)
i9 CPU
64 GB Ram
NVIDIA 4060 ti GPU with 16GB RAM
no Autostartprogram (not even Onedrive)
no Problem in 130 other installed Games - not even one Problem at all in other Games

I reinstalled it three times
- one time inside this main PC
- one time on a Dell i7 Laptop with 32 GB ram and NVIDIA card
- one time on main PC inside Linux Partition

THIS IS THE ONLY GAME IT HAPPENS OUT OF over 130 Games installed on two 12 TB HD's.

PoE 1 came out 2013
PoE 2 has nearly same mechanics

I think 12 Years of Experience of the Publisher could lead to less Bugs.

If I get again a bugged storyline...

I will do following:

In 2 hours playtime i never had could come to the bug that makes the storyline unfinishable.

Only if someone with higher lvl pushes you thru to act 3. But even that would maybe take 3-4 hours.

I will go 24.04.2025 to "Verbraucherzentrale" and ask for a help there.

In Germany we have 14 days refund policy.

14 days Playtime are 336 hours.

2 hours would be maybe OK if the game would not have Bugs that make it only a DEMO. But I didnt bought a DEMO.

And in case of 50 Euro you can go to court in germany.

As having a law insurance - i will do that.

So i got POE 2 running under Kali-Linux.
Bug is still the same.
As long as the story cant be finished i want a refund.

It has nothing to do with my system.
Its on the server side where the bug happens.

Testet it on two different Windows Machines and Kali-Linux.
Bug is persistent.

I dont have payed two times Starter Pack and one time 20 Euro (round about 77 Euro in total) to then be for ever stuck and cant realy play the game.

I WANT A TOTAL REFUND !!!
