Passive Node No Longer Shows Benefiting Skills

Previously you were able to compare a node on the Passive Tree and view a popover which would display all benefiting skills (and changes to those skills) from the node.

Yes, at least on huntress this is not available (haven't tried other classes yet). I have no clue what anything at all does now.
