Exp. Grenade - 2 shots 1 click

Explosive Grenade from lvl 1-3 triggers twice from one mouse click. Bound to right mouse. Inconsistent triggering (50% of the time).

i got the same issue, with flash grenade tho but i bet it's all greade i only notice it more with flash cause it's the one i use the most. At first i though it may be my controler but i change it and it still happen way to often.
