POE 2 Network Spikes

Greetings,

I've long been experiencing the issues of POE 2 having regular latency spikes. Often resulting in the game not being playable which is unfortunate.

I'd love any advice or assistance in addressing this as it's really frustrating when the game is so good.

I've listed my issues and how I resolved them. I'm not making any recommendations on which you should use but this is how I solved the issues.

I've tried updating drivers, clean installs, directly connecting to my modem even and circumventing my router entirely all things still result in VERY regular network latency spikes which make the game unplayable, which is a huge shame because this game is incredible and I really would love to play.

If anyone happens to read this and knows of other non-vpn methods that may help I'd love if you could share.

So far the methods I've tried:
1. VPN connection.
2. Set sound channels to low.
3. Set network mode to predictive.
4. Go from wireless to wired.
5. Directly connect to modem.
6. Use a CAT 6/7 cable.
7. Have ISP come out and test connections and adjust accordingly.
8. Close all other programs in the background.
9. Cleanly install NVIDIA drivers.

My PC Stats
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 8-Core Processor (4.70 GHz)
RAM: 64.0 GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090

Bump. I've also been trying since early access launch to work through these issues. Seems to persist in this league. I usually get to Act 2 before it becomes completely unplayable. I've tried all the same steps OP has taken. It's so frustrating to receive no acknowledgement that this is a real issue even though it's very well documented by the community. Hope it will change.
