Demon form

Hi everyone! I need help. I'm trying to build an infernalist demon form sorceres, but i'm struggling whit two things. 1: When I am hit, despite having the energy shield I am automatically thrown out of the demon form. 2: How can I get enough spirit if I can't take advantage of weapon bonuses (https://mobalytics.gg/poe-2/builds/ronarray-demon-mom-hexblast-infernalist)?
