Zalmarath, The Colossus

I play a ranger and i can do zero damage against this boss in Act2(Hard). Every arrow or ability do no damage. Its like i miss the boss or the arrows fly through the boss like he is a ghost…i dont know…in Act 2(normal) there was no error/bug. But in hard he is a immortal ghost. I play on PC. I dont know how this happend, because I do nothing what I do on other bosses/enemies.


Update:

And yes this is reproducible and happens with 9/10 attempts. So I dont know, Maybe I need 3 millions more dps, that I can one shoot him in this one try, where this dont happen. Or my game is broken and I have to delete my char and play the story again. Maybe its something with the platform where I stand or that the boss is not on the plattform directly.
