SSF -> Standard broke my character

Everything is lost - I assume this is just storage/etc being unique to SSF which I sadly wasn't aware..

However, I can't open maps, I dont have any atlas passives nor any quest to start working on it. Im missing 2 of the 3 benches in my hideout.. did I just burn my character swapping off SSF?

Thanks, after messing around on a fresh SSF to transfer I realized I failed to read and selected the migrate-all.

However, it's been sitting "in queue" at position 0 from the moment I selected that option and has been sitting like that for awhile now.. is it supposed to take hours?

Edit: After a couple of hours, I had to close the game through Steam.. took a quick bathroom break, restarted game and it appears to have migrated. Unsure why it was stuck on that in queue screen I couldn't get out of.
