Solar Orb + Spell Cascade Support not socketable

Spell Cascade tooltip states spells that are not remote or channeling are supported. Solar Orb has Spell keyword, does not have Channeling keyword, however even equipped directly will not allow Spell Cascade to be socketed.

If there's a special exception, it should be stated in the tooltip, else Solar Orb should support socketing Spell Cascade.
