Spell dont work after Portal

My Spark Skill hasn't worked since today, after a portal. Whether on the map or in the hideout.
I have to reassign the key first, then it works again. Regardless of whether it's on the mouse key or keyboard. I've re-entered the skill, even without support stones.
Anyone got an idea?

ps: I tried it with a new skill gem, which works perfectly after the portal.
Only my Corrupted Spark, 6link, +1 Level Spark doesn't work
