Grasping Vines Glitched

Grasping Vines is glitched in Trial of Chaos. Don't know how exactly it triggered, but I know I had selected grasping vines, then a room or two later I was hit by mobs and I could barely move, my attacks went down to 1 per second and I couldn't get rid of it even after completing the trial until I did to the Trail Master because I could barely attack him or move.
