Load times to especially maven encounters takes minutes and u die and lose portals

This is unacceptable.. I amhappy you fixed the crashes, but now you can't even load into the boss fights on many occasions..
I have deleted cache, and tried different server locations, nothing works..
I just lost a maven token because i had to reset the game as load times went on past 3 minutes..
