Don't get trade whispers, or ingame whispers because of crossplay issues with PC

Hi,

I can't receive any whisps from trade or ingame chat with PC players.
I have turned on crossplay and I disabled all privacy features on PSN account.

I'm open like a book right now :D and I still can't get whispers from trade or ingame chat with PC players. Works fine with PS5 players.

I can receive party invites but not whispers :(.
Anyone have same issues? Is there any solution for fixing that?
