Wiederherstellung PoE 2 Account

Started end of december with a licence on steam and everything works fine (level 35 character). After 2 weeks i couldn't log in anymore.
Message: Your account has no access to PoE 2 early access. Contacted support but except asking for more information (dealer, platform, etc) no further respond - waiting now for 6 !! weeks. Spend 50€ in currency, is it lost forever? I know the support is quite busy, but thats far too long.
