Ingenuity + DMG percentages question

Let's say I I have two breach rings that give me a total of 55% increased cold damage, and an ingenuity belt that adds 71% to that.

What is the math there?

Is it additive, so 126% cold DMG, or is it multiplicative, whatever that would be?

So essentially, if your math is correct, it's pointless to stack damage percentage with ingenuity, and I should just stack flat DMG, attributes and maybe res if it fits?

Got my eye on a second cold damage ring, thinking of going away from the lightning damage one, and was curious about this.

Might buy it anyhow though, for the funzies before the nerf.
