Audience of the King Crossplay

Last night I had finally gotten an audience with the king while running ritual maps on ps5. I ran a few more ritual maps and kept deferring so I could afford it. This morning logged onto my pc and ran a ritual map only to find the deferred quest did not transfer over. I went back to ps5 and tried it and it is gone. Super frustrating after chasing it for so long
