No Access to Sekhemas

I am a lvl 64, completed entire story-line, but I do not have access to the Trial of Sekhemas. Yes I have killed Balbala, many many times, but she does not drop the quest item that is needed to access the trial. I have completed all the conversations with NPCs in the caravan, and still i dont have access to the waypoint or the travel on the desert map.

Please help, I want to ascend lol.

Any update on this issue? I'm having the same problem. I dropped the quest Djinn in Act 2, tried killing Balbala multiple times in both Act 2 and Cruel, but I can't access the Trial of Sekehmas.
