Active Omens not Triggering

Just died in a Tier 18 delerium map. Had omen of resurgence and omen of amelioration both active in my inventory. Did not go back to full life/mana/ES when I reached low life, and I got the full death penalty when I died.

Only one of those omens can work (at a time)
If you're playing the 1hp build resurgence won't work for you - it requires a specific amount of health to be removed before it works. But with both active the Amelioration can't proc on death. You've gotta run one at a time. |

" That completely ignores what the poster just said. I would agree with your statement if he did not say both were not consumed. If you die and not one of them is consumed, a glitch in fact happened. I have multiple active most of the time as well and when i die they both are usually used as one brings my health back to full and if i die after that the xp loss one gets used after. If you die in an instant and neither proc, then that is a glitch |

I've had the same thing happen to me twice today. What I think has been the case in both scenarios is I proc'd one of them, went to town to get another to replace it, and continued the map. After one is triggered, it won't trigger again in the same map maybe? Only thing I can think of but as to the person above, you can definitely have both active at the same time since they trigger at different times. If you get one shot it won't trigger the low health one because you passed that threshold but the exp loss would be saved by the other. It's happened.

it says on the item: "only 1 omen can be triggered from combat in each instance"
i just assume he had already triggered another omen in that map before. |
