POE 2 - "Public Party Title" - NOT ENOUGHT CHARACTERS TO WRITTE

Why can't consoles players input more than 15 characters to create a public party, when i see pc players with litteraly compositions of text for their public parties?
Its very hard to create a party with only 15 available character spaces, when the text box is enormous!!!

Still any clue to why this is the case?? Annoying as fudjfie
