Instance Map Reset - Increase To 30 Minutes

During the campaign, maps reset automatically when left alone for 15 minutes. This gets really old when you clear a map and then need to repeat the clearing because you have to use the restroom, grab food, etc. To respect players time, the developers could atleast double this window as it becomes very tedious.

When campaigning I quickly turned to hitting esc(pause) while in the instance I wanted to preserve. But I also know the time is actually 8-15m so you could have an unusual amount of loot sorting and maybe skill juggling to deal with in town only to find your portal gone because your 8m is up.

And why the hell is that amount of time *also* up to rng? Jeeze.
