Guild Hideout missing

After a error message claiming "you failed to join instance" my guild hideout is no longer available. Every time I try to go back it prompts me to pick a new hideout.

So is my hideout just erased or can you recover the loadout? I can make another guild hideout, I just put alot of effort into setting it up and i'd rather not start over.

It a bug right now, go to Alva and select "Swap" to that hideout and it should reload. It'll likely happen again once your guild leader logs out of the game. (coming from a guild leader who experience the same issue with the Beacon of Salvation hideout for my guild...)

This is a very temporary workaround.

Been trying to get assistance for almost as long via email support. After thry requested and received proof three times, then not getting updates for months, I get:

"As mentioned previously, we can confirm that this is a known issue that the team are looking into. I am sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause."

Never once was it mentioned, and maybe had it been said I wouldn't have bought 3 more tier 3 supporter packs myself to donate and troubleshoot, or had a buddy take guild lead and also buy a tier 3 pack to donate a hideout that just doesn't keep!
