Feedback At 250 hrs, Topped Off on Acolyte
Hello,
Little feedback about the one character played until I felt topped off. Acolyte Monk was slow to level and had underwhelming output. However, it taught defensive game play. At the fifth or sixth T15 map the decision to switch into Ice Strike was made. The gear alone ( ≈ 80-100 exalt worth ) increased output by nearly 300%. The game went from near frustration to trivializing the challenges. This disparity seems to deserve some attention. Going into Acolyte there was a vision of a Dark Monk all angry and melting things around them with chaos and poison. This never really happened while leveling or when fresh at T15 maps. Since then, as Ice Strike, enough has been learned and several divine orbs earned to perhaps go back and mess with different builds. However, without having switched to Ice Strike, the option to play around with builds would be unaffordable. Trade was fine and never ran into a problem with anyone. I'd "guestimate" that 90% of attempted trades got a response. And, apart from one enthusiastic kid about some boots, no one even tried to haggled. Having to meet and complete transaction while being able to list items lets people manipulate the market in ways they wouldn't have available if it were automated. Those obvious 1 exalt listings would evaporate. Those people rapidly relisting the same item at different prices would also. Connection issues came up a few times. They either got worked on or are related to certain times of day. There was one issue where support had to get involved. The issue was resolved after some days, ez and thanks. Overall, about 250 hours for the one character, some idle while alt tabbed to trade. Especially since there are the other classes yet to be played, in my opinion early access, with improvements incoming, was fun. Cheers. Zuletzt angestoßen am 13.02.2025, 12:41:14
