Disappointment has set in... (customer support rant)

I always try to be understanding of everyone's situation, but I really feel like this is ridiculous... even given my customer support request.

I contacted GGG customer support by e-mail on Jan. 7th making two requests:

1. Gift an MTX to a family member for their upcoming birthday (now past)
2. Refund some tabs

I understand these requests are the lowest of the low priority, and should be... which is why I reached out over 1.5 months in advance of when I needed it done.

Initially, I received a response almost immediately... within a couple hours asking for discriminator code and characters on the account which I had already provided previously; however, since then... not a single peep.

yeah... almost 1.5 months or 5-6 weeks with zero response. Even for the lowest of low priorities, this is unacceptable.

Good thing I planned a backup gift for my family member...

Same experience here; my last email to them was December 12. I've just assumed that someone cut corners and falsely marked my ticket as resolved.
Hang in there. One of my friends got his support request solved yesterday after a long time. They're swamped but it's coming.
