game automatically pauses---reference number 2663731975

I'm encountering a weird bug that automatically pauses the game as I write this post. I was in a map and swapped my ring for a boss fight. After defeating the boss, I switched my ring back, and that’s when the issue started. I've tried relogging and restarting the game, but the problem persists.
