RE: SOLO SELF FOUND
I understand the game is built around economy between players, but I'm telling you straight... I don't want to have anything to do with trading. It doesn't interest me in any way, and I don't have time for it.
I want to play a Witch and have most of the items drops be Witch items that only I am ever going to find valuable, because I'm a Witch. Stop dropping me 30 crossbows, quivers, and bows... drop me 2 or 3. Up my wands and staff drops instead. When a skill gem drops, I'm choosing where to focus it. But I get no agency on the items I get. I choose to isolate myself from the player economy in SSF. Increase the drop rates of class appropriate gear, please. This is not economy, there is no class appropriate gear in PoE.

As already stated, there is no "witch gear".
There's nothing preventing you from playing a witch and use bows and shoot arrows. PoE 1, in fact, has quite a lot of this. That's why it's fine for the game to drop all the gear for all the characters. Your issue is one thing: excessive and poorly thought implementation of RNG. By the way, you're tackling SSF the worst way and unless you can play this game as a job, you won't get very far unless you get lucky in your build choice. The SSF loop, for "casuals" works like this: 1) Become a Google/YouTube warrior for a couple hours and find a build that can run hard content with little investment (so you're not too constrained by the drops) 2) Use that build, reach high tier maps and grind the endgame content for hours until you drop good gear 3) Put your Google/YouTube warrior cap again and find a build that can use that good gear 4) Go back to step 2 and repeat If you want to decide for yourself which build you want to run and you don't have the necessary time to invest in the game, SSF is not for you Zuletzt bearbeitet von _rt_#4636 um 13.02.2025, 10:01:04
