This game's support is trash.
I opened a ticket on 01/09, they replied on the same day, however, to continue with the problem I'm having, which is a refund from the cosmetics store, because it makes no sense not to have any warning informing that the cosmetic is not supported in POE2. So far, so good, I just asked for a refund, but this has become something impossible, I don't understand the difficulty of making a simple refund and I see that I'm not the only one with this problem. That's why the game has been losing so many players. Great game and terrible support.
