Iron citadel won't complete map

I've killed every rare and every normal mob in the level. Killed Count Geonor and it didn't say I completed the map after that. It stays at 1 monster remaining, and I didn't see the counter go down after killing Count Geonor. This has happened twice now, so it seems to be a consistent bug.
