Weapon swap hotkey bug

Hey guys, been running into what I think is a bug since I started using a shield on my secondary weapon set. Sometimes after loading into an area, the hotkeys for Shield Charge and Raise Shield just stop working, even if I manually swap to the secondary set. The only way to fix it within the instance is by unequipping and re-equipping the shield, but it typically breaks again a minute or two later. Reloading the area seems to work better but this keeps happening at inopportune times (like trying to dodge out of a large AOE with Shield Charge). I'm not sure if this is also the case for other weapons or if it's specific to shields as I haven't tested it with anything else yet.
