Frame Drop / FPS Drop / Stuttering after running few times of Sekhemas

it happen quite often, after i run sekhemas for 3x and running the 4th one will make the game unplayable, was it because the item that i don't need i didn't pick up/drop it near stash ?! that's ridiculous if it does, because not that much item is dropped there. i even lose my vase relic 3x because of this fps drop/stuttering

im using I7-6700,1050Ti 4gb,SSD Sata,16gb RAM
