STEAL FROM LAST EPOCH!!! Marketplace League with MF Changes + Dedicated SSF

Going to keep this nice and simple as possible...

Introduce a Marketplace as a league mechanic. Introduce trade restrictions predicated on the Marketplace mechanic with a grind to allow trade of more valuable items and currencies, introduce inter-party trade restrictions so players can't all just stack their magic find and corner the market easily with a group, and for this league also remove all magic find mods from all pieces of gear while introducing a new magic find system without changing any current base rates (other than case by case). Steal the marketplace and party trade ideas in Last Epoch, then do the following for IIR/IQ:

1. You gain a base 10% IIR per act complete, reaching a baseline 60% IIR when entering maps.

2. While playing, every magic, rare, and unique you kill adds IIR up to a cap, similar to how meta skills' energy system works. It should be relatively easy, say 45-60 minutes on the slow end to reach the cap (at least in maps). The cap increases with Act completion, meaning this cap combines with the act completion baseline, so in Act 2 you can build up 20% IIR, and in maps 120% in total between both IIR sources. This lasts while logged in with a, say, 15 or 30 minutes "protection" period and is per character.

3. Completing Map mechanics will increase magic find for that specific mechanic (IIR and IIQ both). This gains you 10% per completed map of that mechanic. Kill a boss? Next boss is 10% IIR/IQ. Completed a breach? Next breach is 10% IIR/IQ. Caps at 50%. This is also per character.

4. Completing a map also increases IIR up to a cap based on tier. This caps at 5% per tier up to tier 10+, so Tier 1 is 1% per completion capping 5%, up to tier 10 and above being 10% per completion capping at 50%. Also per character.

5. While you're at it, consider also adjusting the Atlas tree for the league so that flat IIR/IQ is baked naturally into every node, maybe 1% each node, with a section dedicated to pumping it over pumping more specific things like essences or strongboxes or pack size. This means your atlas passives would net you a total of 30% IIR/IQ if you pick none of the dedicated and none of the Keystones with all atlas passive points.

And then, introduce a Dedicated SSF alongside the Marketplace league and all its magic find changes where you cannot migrate to standard/Trade league, and go absolutely nuts. Flat out double base magic find, use the "Tier" gear drop system as a baseline (so that you can't roll low level mod tiers on high ilvl gear), and introduce currencies and vendor mechanics unique to Dedicated SSF so that such players can more consistently and reliably earn gear upgrades and chase uniques.

Do all that, get a ton of feedback, and if the reception is good across the player base move all these changes into the base game and standard leagues. Doing this as a league mechanic is the PERFECT way to experiment with this shit, and with PoE2 under Early Access it is an even better time to do it. This would be a very low effort league from a dev standpoint as it would not introduce anything more complex than the marketplace and a few SSF only vendor recipes and currencies. PLEASE consider this so yall can actually make some serious and significant changes in a contained test environment (after all, what are PoE leagues if not test beds for new systems?) and see what works.
