Temple of Chaos TRAPPED Bug

When doing a soul core trial with one of them being on a ledge you can leap slam in to an area with absolutely no way out. The only option is to log to character selection and fail the trial. I tried for 5 minutes to try to glitch myself back up on to the ledge but it's impossible. It seems like you should be able to go back up in a couple spots but it does not work. Maybe put switches in the areas that are blocked off on soul core trials? Or allow leaping on to ledge. This was really disheartening as it was trial 9/10.
