Fix the Omens for exp and cheat death one, its really painfull when u die at 97+ and these shit things sit in u pocket like nothing happned...

So I guess you got a Resurgence proc before within the map, maybe didn't realize it, and that's that.

Omens that fill your hp/mana/es etc. when you reach "low life" ACTIVATE when you are HIT on low life. If you get hit to 30% life and get hit again for 31% you will die as if you were one shot. But essentially you need a hit that doesn't kill you while on low life. Low life is based on MAX life also, you probably know all this but it helps to understand the mechanics in full.

As I don't know your build I can only suggest using "increase defenses" or "regen" while on low life etc. There are mechanics that can pretty much guarantee this omen activates outside of being one shot, but it is class dependent. I use them to limited effect as I am basically a glass cannon.

They are okay generally and pretty cheap but require a bit of investment to be particularly effective. I would imagine they are amazing on blood mages but as the class sucks imo I won't play it.
