lost trial of sekhemas point upon completion

I finish trial of sekhmeas but at the end in the room after defeating Ashar, the Sand Mother I can't escape frome the portal and i haven't the 2 point of ascendancy for completion, i try to return in the room but i can't and i lost the key and the point after 1 hour of trial
