Quality of Life addition (Keybind for Gemcutting menu)

I'd really like there to be a Keybind in game for the Gemcutting menu so I can browse through the skills for my class which will make planning a build a lot more easy as right now I have to have a Skillgem in my stash whenever I want to take a look at what next skill I should grab for my build. SO I propose adding a keybind that opens up the Gemcutting menu.
