Ghost Dance (still) bugged while weapon set swapping

It has been over two months now, and this bug is still present.

Ghost Dance's Ghost Shrouds are separate for each weapon set. They will commonly not regain stacks for one of the two weapon sets equipped, usually the one that is not actively out as you enter the map. Sometimes, they will both stop gaining stacks altogether, or the one that retains its stacks will stop using them when a hit fully depletes your energy shield.

Please, fix it already.
