Jiquani's Sanctum corruption bug

I clicked the corruption altar thingy, it opened the corruption interface and my inventory. I clicked the button in the center of the corruption thing and my cursor became a triange, indicating if I clicked an item, it would corrupt it. I clicked on an unidentified blue mana flask. The mana flask disappeared and my cursor became my normal cursor but I could not put an item into the corruption table thing, nor could I click the center of the corruption table to change my cursor to the corruption icon. I pressed ESC and kept playing. I could not interact with anything. I could not open a door. I alt+f4 and immediately restared the game. When I got in game, the cursor was my mana flask. I put it in my inventory and it fixed the glitch.
