"maximum life" modifire on all armour gear!

I don't know if this was intended but after the last patch all the armour pieces that i found on maps have a "maximum life" modifier...All of them insted of ES for builds that use ES. there is no ballance on rolls. if you forced this on us...now averyone will have to buy one piece of gear with no life mod from the market that was posted before the patch instead of farming it and if you are trying to kill all ES builds..might as well get rid of "Chaos Inoculation"! And then the Max life mod makes sense. Tnx
