Unable to connect with one of my character in PoE2

I've been disconnected while i was leveling a new character in a3n with the "game server lost contact with the realm" message, then i tried to log in, no way to play this character it says "Error: failed to join any instance" from the character selection screen, but i can play other characters i have, what's going on ?
