LOOTER WHERE YOU CANT LOOT

over 200 hours over three characters and now my main is broken by a bug where the items disappear before I pick them up or they are there and can't be picked up. I dropped an item and can't re-pick that up either. I am playing on PC through Steam but with a PS5 controller. No settings changes, no loot filters, no restarting has fixed the issue. This is ridiculous even for an early access game. I was almost at end game, and I can't pick up loot that is dropped. Broken game and now I have to quit, unless they fix it.

On PC you need to press the keyboard Z key to toggle the show loot back on.

Can you temporarily connect a keyboard?

This was it, i just dont know why they toggled it with a patch and didnt make it more obvious. Thnaks for the reply.
