Ingenuity + Sekhema's Resolve unique synergy

I understand that technically the jewels slotted aren't technically part of the ring, but it feels like if I'm investing so much into the build they should synergize. Jewels don't have game breaking levels of improvements, so being able to potentially double what they offer could really make for some fun opportunities instead of having to use another 5+ skill points to map to yet another jewel node.
