Buff Infernal Cry

GGG, name one good reason why Infernal Cry's Combust component doesn't scale off of Attack Damage. Since you split STR character's access to Herald-equivalents into two skills (Herald of Ash and Infernal Cry), why did you feel the need to nerf the AoE component of Infernal Cry? There's literally no reason to level up the skill, because you get all of its value from gem quality.

And don't monkey paw me either. Don't you dare make the gain as extra fire damage scale with gem level without making it scale from attack damage.
