Corrupting skill gems / Currency exchange

So I'm running double Ember Fuselade build and reached a point where corrupting them for 1 extra level is a no-brainer necessary move for more damage.
The very first corruption landed, awesome.
I then proceeded to fail 15 corruption attempts in a row.
I am using Omens of corruption for each one, though now I'm doubting if they even do anything.

The failing I can come to terms with, it's RNG and I am very unlucky in this case. What bothers me is the tedious nature of the currency exchange.
Manually exchanging 3 divine into 900 exalts, ctrl/clicking them 20 a time into my inventory, exchanging full inventory of exalts into lesser/greater/perfect jeweler orbs, omens of corruption & gem cutters prisms. Don't even get me started on the fluctuating market prices while entering in numbers or the times when the exchange only fulfills part of the order so i need to click out the exalts one slow stack at a time then complete the missing half of the exchange.

I think I'm going crazy
