Currency Exchance should be available account wide once unlocked

Hi,

the currency exchance is not accessible with new characters. After it is unlocked it should be accessible account wide. Right now I have to relog into a character with a higher level to access it. This is an unecessary hurdle and feels so clunky. Please make the currency exchance accessible account wide once unlocked.
