Lower the difficulty, increase drop rate, give us access to all the game content

It is an Early Access, PoE 2 is by far the most difficult game I ever played.

Why not lowering the difficulty and increase the drop rate, so we can access all the content, including highest endgame?

Nothing wrong to be fully geared, level 100, and progressing through the hardest content, when all is reset when the game is launched.

Food for thought

There are poe2 Forums, in case you didnt know.

To your question, its called an IdentityCrisis, GGG doenst know what they want.

Soulslike-casual-friendly-extreme-punishing-little-loot-ARPG.

All decisions made are super bad for players. I dont know why. But its super bad and doenst respect your time at all.

vote with your player count, just stop playing the bad game.

I don't understand why so many people feel that players of every skill level should have access to all content in the game. Pinnacle content just gets devalued massively where suddenly the pursuit no longer becomes meaningful or special for those willing to put in the work.

I dont think that a lot of people want it. It is just a loud minority. Happy people dont cry on the forum.
If PoE2 were any easier it'd be an idle game.
PoE2 is a great tutorial for PoE1.

I've been wondering this for years.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
I don't mind high level content being accessible to those that put in the "work" as one calls it, but as it is now, it's simply rediculous.

A 10% exp loss punishment on death. You progress slowly doing your maps trying to get to that higher so desired level, only to suddenly die and wonder what the hell killed you (in my case it seemed to be some shrine spitting out fireballs) and get punished by doing several maps all over again to regain the loss.
And over and over and over and over and...you get the idea.

It's frustrating, it's bad, and it puts off players wanting to progress in some way.

Pinnacle content ? Who gives a flying F. about that when you're stuck because some sadistic smuck at GGG finds it funny to frustrate and P.ss players off.

The way this is going (my prediction) : they will eventually lose a lot of players because players get bored doing the same stuff all over again just to get punished for even trying.

Every time i die in a map, i just do that map with a tier1 waystone just to get it over with. Then i alt-f4 and go do something more interesting. Like Tetris.

Ya, I agree with this. Didn’t WoW go down that route of just adding easy modes for everything? It definitely took away the thrill and sense of accomplishment for taking down a hard boss.
